The Disciplined Forces under the Security Bureau held a flag-raising ceremony at the Customs Academy on the National Constitution Day today (December 4). He also encouraged young people to develop good qualities of respecting the Constitution, consciously upholding the rule of law and obeying the law.

Flags flown at half-staff to pay tribute to Jiang Zemin

This year marks the 40th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the "Constitution of the People's Republic of China". Today's flag-raising ceremony was attended by the Police Force, Fire Services Department, Correctional Services Department, Customs and Immigration Department, as well as their youth teams.

The flag guards marched in Chinese style, while the Government Flying Service flew the national flag.

After the flag-raising ceremony was completed, the flag was flown at half-staff again to pay tribute to the late President Jiang Zemin, and all the guests present and members of the disciplined forces who participated in the ceremony observed a minute of silence.
