Homs-Sana
With the aim of alleviating burdens and facilitating citizens' transactions, the Traffic and Summary Court was opened today at the headquarters of the Traffic Branch in the city of Homs, in cooperation between the Ministries of Justice and the Interior.
The Attorney General of Homs, Counselor Ali Al-Daoud, explained in a statement to SANA reporter that the headquarters of the Traffic and Summary Court were moved from the Justice Palace in Al-Waer to the headquarters of the Traffic Branch in the city, with the aim of completing all transactions related to vehicles and traffic violations.
For his part, the judge of the Traffic and Conciliation Court in Homs, Abd al-Halim al-Khadour, stated that moving the court’s headquarters is a step to facilitate the litigation process and the access of individuals to their rights and ease the procedures for them, in a way that benefits the public, and limiting all transactions related to vehicles and traffic violations in one place, which leads to Facilitate citizens' transactions and reduce their burdens.
