Lousy scam: Seniors from Germering and Eichenau are asked to issue or update their TANs.

After that, several thousand euros were missing from the accounts.

The first case happened in Germering.

A fake bank employee called a 69-year-old and said she needed the TAN for the woman's account.

The woman from Germeringer gave it to her.

But then she realized that between November 27th and 30th, 20 debits had been made.

Damage: over 24,000 euros.

A 60-year-old was also the victim of fraudsters in Eichenau.

He was asked by SMS to update his push TAN.

He did it.

A little later, he noticed that two debits had been made from his account - for 9999 euros each.

So 19,998 euros were missing.
