In an interview with Israel Hayom, the mother of the boy who was attacked tells about the difficult month the family has gone through since the incident •

"I felt in my heart that something bad had happened": A

mother of a child with special needs from the south discovered that her son had undergone shocking sexual abuse by two children of his age outside of school hours, in front of his younger brother.

In a conversation with Israel Hayom, she talks about the difficult time the family has been going through since the incident and claims that the educational frameworks refuse to take action against the attackers.

The unfortunate incident happened on election day about a month ago when the brothers' innocent walk in the park below the house ended in lifelong trauma.

"D, the 12-year-old, and C, the 7-year-old, asked me to go cycling in the park. I told them not to leave the park because it is under my window. Around five, after C had already returned home, I noticed that I was not "Seeing D" recalls the mother.

"I asked G where his brother was, he said he didn't know. I noticed something happened because he looked down, and he didn't want to tell me," she recalls.

"D is autistic. I felt in my heart that something bad had happened. It started getting dark, I called the police. Suddenly D came back in a terrible state."

"His face was black with dirt, he was shaking and crying, I asked him what happened and he said, 'They didn't let me go, I didn't want to.'

Y. feels great guilt because at first she didn't think anything serious had happened to D. and assumed that he was afraid of punishment for going outside the park.

The difficult picture soon became clear, “D came back with one of the abusers who probably thought he was so retarded that nothing would be said.

"We went up to the house, I put him in the shower, and then he started telling me how they pushed his fingers into his intimate areas and how much it hurt him. It was immediately clear to me that he couldn't have invented such a thing," she says.

"Over time, he told me more details about how they beat him, spat on him and demanded that he clean their urine off the floor and kiss their feet. They told him he was ugly and had to do what they said."

"What shocks me the most is that the system is unwilling to do anything and is unwilling to take these children out of school - they are simply a danger to all children," she claimed.

"Until the story came out, the school did not send any message that the incident did happen and everyone wants to keep the matter quiet."

After that, the parents turned to a child researcher at Beit Lin, who offer initial support to children and youth who have experienced and been affected by sexual abuse.

Due to the young age of those involved, the Israel Police cannot deal with the case and the further treatment was transferred to the welfare authorities in the city and Beit Lin.

"The investigation revealed that his brother C was also a witness to the incident. They held him and he saw everything," said the mother.

"The investigation revealed other very shocking details that I don't want to say (additional indecent acts). We went to the school, they said we can't do anything within the law. I've been fighting for this for a month and even wrote letters to the Minister of Education."
