As for constitutions of yin deficiency, the most common ones are people with insufficient yin and fluid, and yin does not control yang. They are prone to symptoms of dehydration such as internal heat, sweating, night sweats, hot palms, dry mouth, dry stool, and dry skin. Insomnia and dreaminess.

People with yin deficiency can use yin-nourishing medicinal materials such as Radix Ginseng, Ophiopogon japonicus, and Polygonum multiflorum.
