About two weeks ago the court ordered the arrest of the accused Aryeh Greenfeld who threw a helmet at a driver on the Ayalon lanes.
As I recall, Greenfeld was recorded hitting another driver with his helmet in the middle of the road. The court ruled that there was grounds for arrest at a high level, since the offense "was committed with severe violence or cruelty or while using cold or hot weapons."
The court added that the danger arose and even intensified in light of the defendant's violent behavior which can be learned from the video recording the serious incident.
