The Europa-Park in Rust welcomes numerous visitors every year.
Due to the energy crisis, the amusement park has to increase its admission prices again for the coming 2023/24 season.
Rust - On November 4th, Europa-Park opened its new adventure restaurant "Eatrenalin", which is intended to revolutionize gastronomy.
In the future, visitors to the amusement park can not only look forward to a unique restaurant experience, because new highlights are also being built diligently for the attractions, reports BW24.
The fans are already looking forward to the new Tesla roller coaster, although the opening will probably be delayed.
There is still a long way to go before the start of the new parking season on March 27, 2023.
However, the planning for this is already in full swing.
Among other things, Europa-Park has now announced that admission prices will rise again in the coming 2023/24 season, because even Germany's largest amusement park will not be spared from the energy crisis.
Admission price increase in Europa-Park "unfortunately unavoidable"
As before, the admission prices at Europa-Park will vary again in the high and low season.
An adult (aged 12 and over) will pay 57.50 instead of 55 euros in the low season from 2023 due to the price increase.
In the high season the price increases from 62 euros to 65 euros.
For children (from 4 up to and including 11 years of age), entry will cost 49 euros in the low season (previously 47 euros) and in the high season 56 euros (previously 53.50 euros) from March 25th.
"Unfortunately, a moderate increase in admission prices compared to previous years is unavoidable," explained park spokeswoman Juliana Kappus to the

The reason for the increase in admission prices is the energy crisis.
Although the amusement park in Baden-Württemberg has already taken some measures to reduce energy consumption and sometimes relies on the use of regenerative energies, the increased costs cannot be fully absorbed.
They increase by around five percent overall, but only a small part of the massive additional costs are passed on to the guests, as the spokeswoman said.
Furthermore, the increase is due to ongoing major projects, so that the range of services for visitors is constantly expanding.
There has been a lot of criticism in the past for the increase in admission prices at Europa-Park
Admission prices at Europa-Park have risen steadily in recent years.
Due to the 2021 Corona Pandemic, prices have been raised for certain periods.
Only a year later, it became significantly more expensive again, which led to a lot of criticism from the fans of the amusement park.
For park spokeswoman Juliana Kappus, the costs are still fair.
"The entrance fee is very cheap in international comparison and can only be offered because of an efficient way of doing business," she notes.
