The Territorial Director of the National Police (DTPN) of Mayotte, Laurent Simonin, describes a crime committed in the November madness in Mamoudzou, the capital.
This former member of the Paris Police Prefecture, experienced in public order and with the physique of a parachutist, continues his clinical observation:
“There is a criminal specificity here;
death is staged to sow fear”
.
Before, the body of another victim had been exposed on a bridge, another at the entrance to a town, rolled up in a macabre chrysalis of braided palm leaves.
Under the windows of the DTPN, the Mamouzdzou maternity hospital is suffering the full brunt of migratory pressure: not far from 12,000 births to be expected in 2022, against 10,000 usually.
That's over 30 babies a day!
