Today (6th) around 3 a.m., the police received a report from a man who claimed that he was caught in a private car by several evil spirits in Kwai Chung.
The other party punched and kicked him in the car, and snatched a car key from him. When he drove to Fuk Lo Village Road in Kowloon City 12 kilometers away, he was pushed out of the car.
The victim sustained head injuries and was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for treatment.
According to sources, the victim has the background of the gang "Xin Ngee Ann", and is suspected to be involved in a dispute over hundreds of thousands of yuan in money and debts.
He was accused of "uh money". When the incident happened near Tai Yuen Street and Guo Rui Road in Kwai Chung, he was forcibly caught in a car to "extort a confession". He was pushed off a car at the opposite side of No. 79 Laocun Road, and he was injured and reported to the police.
The police said that the victim, surnamed Yang (27 years old), had injuries to his head and hands.
At the time of the incident, he was pushed into a private car by two men at the junction of Tai Yuen Street and Guosui Road, during which he was attacked by hands and feet; when he was at the opposite of Fuk Lo Village Road 79 in Kowloon City, the victim was pushed out of the car , he called the police by himself; the suspect's vehicle fled without a trace.
The police classified the case as "assault causing actual bodily harm" and handed it over to the Kowloon City Criminal Investigation Team for follow-up. No one has been arrested for now.
