Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin stressed that the United States hinders the progress of other countries to preserve its interests and hegemony in the world.
The Novosti agency quoted Volodin as saying during the meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization held in Moscow: The world must get rid of the unipolar system and seek to form a new multipolar world order, stressing “the need to respect the sovereignty of other countries and not to interfere in their internal affairs, and to deal on the basis of Equality and mutual respect between different countries.
Today, the work of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Collective Security Treaty Organization started in Moscow, which includes delegations from Russia, Belarus, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, in addition to the participation of an Iranian delegation as an observer.
