Rosa Isela Castro Vázquez, 20, was reported missing on November 30, after going on an appointment with a woman who offered her free clothes online.
Her body was found Saturday without the baby she was carrying inside her.
A couple, Gonzalo 'N' and Verónica 'N', were arrested in connection with the femicide and the authorities recovered a newborn safe and sound, who was already claimed by the victim's relatives, according to the authorities.

Recordings from a security camera show the moment in which Castro Vázquez meets with his alleged assassins.
After waiting alone for a while, the supposed clothes giver appears and approaches her.
She looks both ways and takes the young woman by the waist to a vehicle.
It is unclear if she is threatening her verbally or physically.
"They hooked her through messages on social networks that they were going to donate clothes to her," a sister-in-law of the victim told Noticias Telemundo, who asked to remain anonymous for fear of reprisals.
"She was picked up by a woman, she took her in a taxi, that's what we know," she added.
Some relatives demonstrated over the weekend together with defenders of women's rights in front of the city hall of the Port of Veracruz to demand justice and an end to the disappearances and femicides that plague the state.
