On video: documentation of Moshe Shuval kidnapping the bank employee and blackmailing her to rob the branch (Walla system!)
The police caught Moshe Shuval today (Tuesday), who was accused of kidnapping a bank employee and escaped while he was supposed to be under the supervision of prison guards.
Shuvel was arrested last year after he was suspected of kidnapping a woman, sent her with a luggage-like object to a bank branch in Haifa where she was employed and demanded that she rob millions of shekels for him.
Before his arrest, the District Court in Haifa ordered at noon the forfeiture of Shuval's self-guarantee, amounting to NIS 13,500, and the enforcement of the NIS 100,000 commitment that he had signed, and this against the background of the violation of the restrictive conditions in the nursing home where he was staying, and his disappearance about two weeks ago, a short time after Judge Nitzan Silman ordered for his return to custody behind bars.

"The fact that he chose not to show up for the hearing today, and that he chose to leave Rambam on his own accord, while hearing and knowing that an arrest warrant was issued against him, is beyond the violations at Beit Palace itself, Darshani says," stated Judge Silman at today's hearing. He will hold another hearing at the prosecutor's request For confiscation of additional guarantees given by his associates, in the amount of about NIS 200,000. The public defender, through attorney Boris Sherman, requested to be released from Shuval's representation, but the judge did not agree.

Shuval was arrested in September last year, on suspicion of kidnapping a bank employee, imprisoning her, threatening her and filming her against her will.
Then, according to the suspicion, he attached an explosive device-like object to her stomach, and sent her to the branch of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank on Hanaviyim Street in the city, where she worked, demanding that she rob millions of shekels for him.
The bank manager who did not believe the story, tore the dummy charge from her body and called the police.
The clerk was arrested on the spot, and the police were eventually convinced by the plot she told them, which at first sounded imaginary.
We started a hunt for a trail that ended up being captured that evening on his way to Tel Aviv.
