A woman in her fifties was sentenced Tuesday in Albi to 30 months in prison, after throwing hydrochloric acid and setting a trap for police who came to evict her from her home at the end of October.
On October 25, while five police officers, a bailiff and a locksmith were trying to open the front door of her house, this woman threw hydrochloric acid at them from a window on the first floor, without causing any injuries.

When they managed to enter the accommodation, they saw a carpet that hid an open hatch leading to the floor below, where there were chairs that could cause injuries if you fell on them.
The trap having been discovered, no one was hit.
The Albi judicial court sentenced this woman, whose criminal record contained several entries, in particular for forgery and use of forgery or contempt of court, to 30 months in prison and six other months suspended, as well as an obligation to care.
