Towards an indictment:
A prosecutor's statement was submitted today (Tuesday) against Muad Milad, who allegedly attacked a man at the Bilo intersection about a week and a half ago.
His detention was extended by three days and towards the end of the week the prosecutor's office will file an indictment against him.
Milad, 18 years old, a resident of the Juarish neighborhood in Ramla, was actually arrested in another case.
He is one of four arrested on suspicion of murdering the criminal Bnei Shlomo in mid-October and is identified as a soldier in the organization of the Jarushi family.
Still considered the main suspect
His detention was extended from time to time, but at the end of October and after 30 days - the time that allows a person to be held in detention without filing an indictment - the prosecutor's office ordered his release due to evidentiary difficulties in the case.

However, Milad is still considered the main suspect in the murder, which is being investigated in the Lachish area of the Southern District.
Now he is in custody again, as mentioned on suspicion of assaulting a young minority about a week and a half ago.
The incident took place on Saturday, near the Bilo intersection, and the background in fact is apparently an argument about the use of the road between him and another driver.
There was no acquaintance between the two.
The investigation revealed that he and another man stabbed him, and fled the scene.
The Rehovot police officers started an investigation and collected visuals from the scene and from it an indication of the identity of the suspects, the case was transferred to the Central Unit of the Central District.
Through the use of additional technological means, the investigators identified the suspect in the act as Muad Milad.
As mentioned, the suspect was arrested and today a prosecutor's statement was filed against him, in preparation for the filing of an indictment for the crime of assault.
