He abused his dog and threatened the neighbors who tried to arrest him:
in the Hadera court an indictment was filed (today) against Abs Koliev from Pardes Hana for abusing dangerous animals and illegally possessing a knife.
The indictment states that Koliev, the owner of a husky dog, physically abused her.
He allegedly beat the dog after she ran away from him, pulled her tightly by the skin of her body and attacked her in the face with kicks and punches.
As a result of his actions, the dog screamed and cried and blood dripped from her face.
Before the defendant's arrival at his home, he continued to beat the dog.
The neighbor, who heard her dog crying, approached Koliev's house and begged the defendant to stop beating her.
In response to this, Koliev took a knife and approached the window where the neighbor was standing while shouting at her, "You bitch, I will kill you." The neighbor was scared and fled the scene.

The policemen arrived at the scene and immediately arrested Koliev, who was in possession of a wooden pole and a 12 cm long knife.
He was taken to the police station for questioning.
During which the suspect threatened the investigator at the police station when he said "your day will come, you don't know what kind of guys there are in this world".
As a result of Koliev's actions, the dog suffered a bleeding wound on her head and a wound on her back leg. She was taken to the kennel where she was treated by a veterinary team and a week later she was found dead in her cell.
