He has been released on bail and must report to police in early January 2023.

Police reiterated that dangerous driving behavior seriously endangers the safety of other road users.

Offenders, upon conviction, face a maximum penalty of three years' imprisonment and a fine of $25,000.

If it is the first conviction, it can be suspended for at least 6 months; if it is convicted again, it can be suspended for at least two years. In addition, it is mandatory to take a driving improvement course and record 10 points for driving violations.
