The 4 defendants in the case include: Stake Association, Li Zhuoren (64 years old, a trade union officer), He Junren (69 years old, a lawyer), and Zou Xingtong (37 years old, a lawyer). On the 8th, inciting others in Hong Kong to organize, plan, implement, or participate in the implementation of illegal means aimed at subverting state power, that is, overthrowing or undermining the fundamental system of the People's Republic of China, or overthrowing the central government of the People's Republic of China.
