After the violent events in Belgium in which Moroccan fans rioted and created riots in the streets of Brussels, in the capital of Spain they are not taking any chances and even the oldest enemies are uniting to create peace before the match tonight (Tuesday, 17:00) between the Spanish national team and the Moroccan national team.
The ultras organizations of Real Madrid "Sor" and of Atlético Madrid "Ferrante Atlético", issued a statement in which they called on the football fans in the capital of Spain to protect the streets against the possibility of a riot by Moroccan fans.
The announcement states that the organizations will be on the streets of Madrid at 4:00 p.m., Spanish time, with the opening whistle of the game for the quarter-final ticket between the two countries with a long history and a relatively short geographical distance.
The history of Moroccans in Spain goes back hundreds of years, with tens of thousands of Moroccans still living in the European country.
