Judge Hilo Asad, who extended the suspect's detention by a day, stated in her decision that the incident was recorded from a relatively distant angle that does not allow the identification of the suspect, who denies it completely and even criticized the police for not conducting a confrontation between the suspect and the owner of the vehicle.
"The suspect was arrested nearby a short time later according to certain characteristics provided, including the type of scooter he was riding but other characteristics.
