Inning - The 42-year-old driver of a pickup truck is driving in Inning uninhibited and at excessive speed.
He even drives past a traffic island on the left.
The police explain why.
The "disinhibited" driving driver noticed a car driver on Tuesday around 12 noon.
This overtook the car driver at significantly excessive speed in the 30 km/h limited through-road of Inning.
When driving on towards Herrsching, he drove past a traffic island on the left.
The van was subjected to a traffic check by police officers on foot patrol in Herrsching.
Officers from the Herrsching Police Department countered the smell of marijuana
As soon as the door was opened, the officers were greeted by the smell of marijuana, so that the driver, a 42-year-old Croatian citizen from Kaufbeuren, was accompanied to the Herrsching police station.
A drug test confirmed drug use, and the breath alcohol test also showed a low value.
A blood sample was taken.
A joint he had just smoked and a small amount of marijuana were found in the man's vehicle and seized.
Croatian citizen is driving in Inning without a license
In addition to driving under the influence of intoxicating substances and possession of marijuana, the man faces criminal proceedings for driving without a license - he could not show a valid driver's license.
Despite all the crimes, the man was extremely cooperative with the police.
