There will soon be two food trucks at Rathausplatz.

After the trial operation with a provider from Maisach, the municipal council has now approved a second provider from Gernlinden, also on trial for the time being.

Maisach – The food truck has established itself, according to the municipal council.

Now a second one with Asian food is coming.

The food trucks are only allowed to be there from Monday to Thursday evening, after which they have to be driven away.

Because on Friday there is a market in front of the town hall.

And then you only want stands for basic supplies, said Mayor Hans Seidl (CSU).

He reported from the market that the fishmonger had given up in Maisach due to a lack of sales, but they were getting two new stands.

The space rent for the food trucks will be recalculated.

Because the municipality has to pass on the high electricity costs to the operators.
