The government announced the details of the "Caring Teams in 18 Districts". It will be tried out in Tsuen Wan and the Southern District early next year. He estimates that there are only 8 to 12 members in each caring team, which is not enough to cope with the work. The caring team still needs to recruit volunteers and conduct larger activities such as home visits.
He mentioned that some organizations may encounter difficulties in finding young people to serve as volunteers, but some young people have expressed their willingness to serve the community as volunteers.

The government proposes that the two-year subsidy for each care team is 800,000 to 1.2 million yuan. Chen Wanchen said that the amount is not high, and hopes that the government will explain whether the subsidy includes salary, materials and basic equipment.
