Nothing in appearance lets imagine the nugget that hides behind the white and dirty facade.
Yet it is there, in a very quiet street in the 18th arrondissement, located a few hundred meters from the Sacré-Coeur, the Place du Tertre and the Rue des Abbesses, that the former studio of the painter Eugène Boudin ( 1824-1898), transformed over time into a superb house of 353 m2 (304 m2 of living space) on four levels with a garden and a beautiful terrace.
