German authorities have detained 22 people linked to far-right organizations and three supporters on suspicion of attempting to stage a coup in Germany.
A former member of the German Parliament is connected to this plot.
Germany's prosecutor's office said some 50 people were suspected of taking part in a movement to overturn the government and replace it with their own order.
