Welcome to the heart of Saverne, a commune in the Lower Rhine which has benefited from the first part of the Action heart of the city plan.
Set up at the end of 2017, this program aims to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of medium-sized cities

according to INSEE, a city with at least 5,000 jobs and less than 150,000 inhabitants, Ed.) and to consolidate the role of these municipalities in the development of the territory.
More than five billion euros have already been invested since 2018 for 234 municipalities and the government now wishes to renew the sum for the period 2022-2026.
