Prince Reuss is arrested as the presumed leader of a terrorist network of "Reichbürger".
Frankfurt – He is said to be the head of a terror network that planned the violent overthrow of the Federal Republic of Germany and can be assigned to the “Reich Citizen” scene: Heinrich XIII.
Prince Reuss, 71 years old, resident in Frankfurt, real estate entrepreneur.
On Wednesday (December 7), police officers arrested the nobleman in his apartment in Frankfurt's posh Westend district.
In the course of a nationwide raid, the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office identified Prince Reuss as the head of a right-wing extremist group that is said to have planned an armed attack on the constitutional organs.
Prince Reuss should possibly be installed as head of government after taking power.
What is known about the man who wanted to negotiate a new state order with the allied victorious powers of the Second World War?
Prince Reuss is said to own real estate in Frankfurt, and his office is also in Frankfurt's Westend.

Prince Reuss from Frankfurt: the Princely House distances itself from him "in the clearest possible way"
It is not the first time that the castle owner, Prince Reuss, has provoked headlines: "Princely House of Reuss distances itself from Weigelt guest Prince Heinrich XIII", headlined the MDR last August.
The non-party mayor of Bad Lobenstein at the time, Thomas Weigelt, who is also said to be close to the "Reichsbürger", had come under pressure because he had attacked a journalist, as reported by the MDR.
The prince's invitation was also taken as a provocation because of his well-known closeness to "Reichsbürger".
The princely house of Reuss then distanced itself from the prince.
The MDR quoted a spokesman for the family, who emphasized the distancing of the Reuss house from its political statements “in the clearest possible way”.
Heinrich Reuss left the family network at his own request 14 years ago and there is no longer any personal contact.
The spokesman therefore described his “distant” relative as a “partially confused” old man who was saddled with “conspiracy theory misconceptions”.

In terms of conspiracy ideology, Prince Reuss became conspicuous in front of a larger audience at the “Worldwebforum” 2019 in Zurich.
There he retorted, among other things, that his family had "1000 years [...] decisively" shaped it.

Incidentally, Reuss' partner, the Russian Vitalia B., was also arrested during the raid. According to the Federal Public Prosecutor's Office, she was strongly suspected of "supporting the association in particular by helping the accused Heinrich XIII PR to contact representatives of the Russian Federation was helpful".
A website can be called up under “Prinz Reuss office” that maintains the “coordination of business interests”, as it says on the home page.
In fact, there is only a contact form and an imprint on the page next to the coat of arms.
The prince is currently in custody.
