The French State has perhaps found the miracle solution to these problems which plague Corsican agriculture and more particularly the beef sector.
The remedy, called "Bolus", takes the form of an electronic chip, to be inserted into the stomachs of the 40,000 cows in the region, intended to keep it all their lives.
A device already used elsewhere to improve health monitoring, which, however, takes a new form on the island.
