- According to a census, the share of “whites” in England and Wales has been falling sharply for twenty years.
Likewise, Christians now make up less than 50% of the country, while Muslims are growing rapidly.
Is this a change in the history of Great Britain?

It is a change, but it is part of an already old trajectory.
In the 1990s the average net migration to the UK was a few tens of thousands a year.
In the years following Labor's victory in power in 1997, that figure rose to hundreds of thousands a year.
Last year it reached the record figure of half a million.
Of course, these phenomena have an effect and over time the population changes.
