Weng said that the mainland has recently begun to relax control measures, and the Hong Kong business community also hopes that the Hong Kong government will take all actions.

Thailand, which he recently visited, has just opened and closed to the outside world, and tourism, economic, and commercial activities are slowly returning to normal.

He also pointed out that Hong Kong needs to develop "two systems". At present, there are many negative views on Hong Kong in the world, and these views are not necessarily correct. Hong Kong should show to the outside world that after returning to China, it can still have a system that is in line with international standards.
