He said that a university town can be set up in the northern metropolitan area, not necessarily a bachelor's degree program, but a graduate school is required.
Hong Weimin also pointed out that Hong Kong's small population base allows mainlanders to come to Hong Kong to work and study across the border, but at the same time allows them to still live in the mainland.
The host asked how to make the above measures of "borrowing talents" more smooth. Hong Weimin said that in the past, the Hong Kong government changed the "multiple travel visa" to "one trip per week", which hindered the relevant measures.
