The ice rink in Grünwald is ready.
The temperatures are right.
Now the skaters can finally get started.
Grünwald
– Those who like ice skating have not been able to plan well in Grünwald this year and have had to wait and see.
The condition attached to an opening: "The temperature must be permanently low", as the management committee decided in October on the advice of amusement park manager Jan-Torsten Verleger.
Verleger appealed to the sense of responsibility in the crisis to consume less, not only symbolically, but effectively.
Public Ice Skating
But now the time has come.
Today, Thursday, December 8th, at 2 p.m., the ice skating season starts with public ice skating in the Grünwald amusement park.
A day later, on Friday, December 9th, normal operations will prevail.
Until at least the end of January, the amusement park team is looking forward to the visit of the ice skaters during the usual opening times.
Ice hockey and Christmas market
Children's ice hockey is also offered and is again on the program every Monday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Ice hockey for adults takes place three times a week, and rentals are also possible, especially for school classes.
The small Christmas market around the newly opened “Kiosk in the Park” also takes place on Fridays and weekends from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
In addition to the culinary offerings of tenant Thomas Weigl, other delicacies, art, self-sewn children's clothing, knitted items and freehand brush writing are offered.
