This coming Shabbat, we will read in the synagogue the Parshath of Vishelah, in which it is written "And Jacob was very afraid, and he grieved for him".

The Rebbe Rabbi Yosiah Pinto explained in his lesson that from the parasha we learn a great principle, and that is - that a person should have great faith and confidence in the Holy One, blessed be He, and then he will not worry or fear anything.

Here are the full words of Rabbi Pinto:

We find in the parsha of the week "And Jacob was very afraid and "And you need to understand what the words mean, so our holy sages say like this, and Jacob was afraid. Why was Jacob afraid, because he was distressed, because he had sorrow in his heart, this is what our father Jacob was afraid of. And the meaning of the words is, when a person has a lack of faith in G-d and there are things that cause him fear or sorrow in the heart, it shows the weakness of the person in confidence in God.

If a person believes and has strong confidence in God, nothing in the world should worry him, nothing in the world should cause him sorrow in his heart. If there is something that a person is worried about, there is nothing to worry about because everything is in his hands, God is leading his world So there is nothing to fear.

If there is someone who grieves him, there is nothing to be in sorrow, because every Man David is Merciful to Tab Abid.

So Jacob our father was in fear because he had sorrow in his heart, and he understood that for his status it was a lack of faith in G-d.

You need to know a great foundation in life, a person should have strong faith, have great confidence in G-d, and not be in sorrow in any matter or thing, because everything G-d does is for the good, if a person has something he is afraid of it is a lack of faith, if He has something that makes him sad, it's a lack of faith.

A person should have the greatest faith and confidence in G-d, and this is what the Holy Torah says: "If war arises against me, I will trust" (Psalms 27:3). Because if he is afraid and sorry, it shows a lack of faith and confidence in God.

It is well known what Rabbi Chaim of Volozhin says in his book Nefesh Ha'ayim (Shear 3, Chapter 12) It is a great foundation and a great virtue to be saved from anything bad, a person who will have absolute faith in G-d and will receive a strong yoke of the kingdom of heaven, will take away from him all the affairs of the world and all the difficulties And the problems of the world. As much as the faith and confidence in God is great, there is not a single problem or trouble that can face and come upon man.

As soon as he accepts the yoke of the most powerful kingdom of heaven, man is saved from all evil.

There is an act that has great morals from Rabbi Hatem Sofer which was holy of holies, it is said that one night Rabbi Hatem Sofer called his collector and told him to go call the head of the Jewish community.

When the head of the community came, the scribe said to him, you should know that the governor of the city has a signed letter in a drawer, a decree to do bad things and great trouble for the Jews to throw them away and do hard things.

Now go quickly to the governor of the city, talk to him and try to get him to take down the decree.

The head of the community told him, in the middle of the night to go to the governor of the city is an unacceptable thing, the governor of the city will be angry with us and only harm and evil will come out of it, we should not go.

The underwriter said to him, I command you with the power of a rabbi to go now to the governor of the city and talk to him about having the decree taken down.

The head of the community had no choice but to take two other respectable people with him and they went towards the governor's house.

They arrived at the river bank and looked for a boat to cross the river, the governor lived on the other side of the river, they couldn't find one.

They went and knocked on the house of one of the fishermen, told him please take us to the other side of the river.

That fisherman got up angry and started shouting you woke me up from sleep, started cursing and reviling them.

They told him to take a lot of money and move us, he agreed.

He put them on the boat and began to lead them to the other side, the boat was full of the bad smell of fish, and they tried not to let the smell stick to them until they arrived.

When they got off at the other end, there were police officers there who shouted to them what are you doing here, the head of the community told them this is a public area, I have the right to walk here.

Shouting started and the governor woke up, asked who was shouting downstairs, they told him three Jews came and want to meet you, the governor said let them in.

The governor asked his assistants to bring him milk to drink, they brought him a drink and the governor brought them too.

They told him that they couldn't drink it because it was non-dairy milk.

The governor said to them, "Explain to me what is unripe milk, they said to him unripe milk, the Torah is afraid of mistakenly drinking the milk of a goat or another animal, because only cow or goat milk is allowed to us, therefore we are not allowed unripe milk, the milk of a person who is not understand what cow's milk is and it can be a crime. The governor told them there is no such thing, call the person who works in the kitchen and ask him, I only serve cow's milk. Call the person from the kitchen and ask him about the milk, he started stuttering and asked for forgiveness, today the cow was sick no We brought milk from her, we brought milk from Naka. Immediately that governor understood the things and saw the providence from God, he told them your Torah is true and you are true, now tell me why you came here.

They said to him, our rabbi, the scribe, told us that there is a harsh decree in your drawer against the Jews, told them how do you know, stood up and canceled the decree.

Our holy sages say that one should learn a great foundation, a human being should be in great innocence in God, without thoughts and without matters. When one walks in great innocence in God, every problem that exists even if it does not seem intellectual, God solves it. And I say to them, go at night, it is an unreasonable and incomprehensible thing to go in the middle of the night to cancel a decree, you have to go at a convenient time and find ways to do it. But if you go in innocence, you go at night as well, and as the Holy Torah says and as the rabbi says, you go without asking questions, God Almighty savior.

When a person walks in innocence, "and Jacob was very afraid and grieved for him" Jacob was afraid because he had sorrow in his heart, Jacob our father saw what he regretted as a lack of faith and trust in G-d, therefore he felt great pain. When a person walks with great innocence and trust in G-d "also For I will walk in the valley of Tzalmoth, I will not fear evil, for you are my stand" (Psalms 23:4) A person who walks innocently with God even if he walks through difficult things,
