The Iranian ambassador was summoned to Berlin, said a source close to the German Foreign Ministry on Thursday (December 8th) after the execution of a man involved in the demonstrations that are shaking the Islamic Republic.
No other details have filtered from this summons.
Earlier in the day, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock claimed on Twitter that
"the Iranian regime's contempt for humanity knows no bounds"
