”.
For domestic use, Olaf Scholz congratulated himself in his weekly video "Chancellor Compact", that his government had laid the "
foundations of a stable economy
" by preserving the "
cohesion of society
" in a period disrupted by war.
This exercise in self-celebration was necessary.
