The anger for Oktoberfest host Peter Reichert does not stop.
The head of the Bräurosl may now have to answer in court.
Munich - It was his first Wiesn as a host - and possibly his last.
Because Peter Reichert (Bräurosl) caused a lot of negative headlines.

Reichert faces a trial – and maybe a conviction.
Chief Public Prosecutor Anne Leiding confirms when asked: "The investigations by the police have now been received by the public prosecutor's office, which is why we have registered a case.
The accused is charged with bodily harm according to § 223 StGB to the detriment of a security employee of the Bräurosl marquee.
The lawyer continues to say that it was a scuffle in which the suspect struck the first blow.
So far, the injured security guard has not given any information about the facts.
At the request of our newspaper, host Reichert did not want to comment on the case either.

"We are observing the process," says Wiesn boss Clemens Baumgärtner.
"We will also coordinate with the district administration department." That takes care of the reliability check of the Wiesn hosts.
One thing is clear: If Reichert is sentenced to more than 90 daily rates, he would have a criminal record – and then his first Oktoberfest would definitely be his last.
