Nearly two and a half months ago, Vladimir Putin decreed a partial mobilization aimed at recruiting 300,000 people to continue the war he has been waging in Ukraine since February 24.
At the end of October, the numerical objective was officially reached.
It's hard to say the same on the ground, where the Russian army had to withdraw from Kherson in mid-November, and is making little progress elsewhere.
