Former Minister of State Eberhard Sinner exceeded the parking time for net purchases - and then complained about high fees.

The former Bavarian Minister of State, Eberhard Sinner, exceeded his parking time at Netto - and was then asked to pay a lot of money.

Munich – Eberhard Sinner was politically active in Bavaria in the 2000s – including as head of the state chancellery.

Today, the 78-year-old is not only a Minister of State.

D., he is also very active on Twitter.

In his tweets he takes a position on current issues such as climate change, the Ukraine war or Corona.

But one or the other story from his everyday life ends up on Twitter - like his anger about very expensive parking fees at Netto.

On Monday, December 5th, Sinner tweeted about a past visit to Netto.

Accordingly, he had used the parking lot of the food discounter.

"Parked at Netto, parking time exceeded," says the beginning of the tweet.

For this he was asked to pay €30.10 by a “VKS GbR Rostock”.

In addition, the letter was a "model" of customer friendliness, writes the former Bavarian Minister of State sarcastically.

Out of his anger at the visit to the parking lot at Netto, Sinner is now also taking action: "I have no intention of ever shopping at Netto again," the tweet says.

In his tweet, Sinner doesn't mince his words - the 30.10 euro fees for the exceeded parking time are "rip-offs", he is not available for that.

In fact, there are regular complaints about expensive tickets after visiting the supermarket.

Since the supermarket car parks are private property, the fees for overstaying are not paid by the city authorities, but by private “parking space managers”.

writes: "An increased fee of 30 euros as the lower limit is considered permissible by the BGH (BGH, judgment of December 18, 2019 - XII ZR 13/19, para. 24)." As much as Eberhard Sinner is annoyed - with that he has to live on expensive tickets.
