This is an unusual restaurant.
In the very trendy district of the 11th arrondissement of Paris, behind Bastille, it stands out.

Only its name, 100&1 Signes, inscribed in large tricolor letters on this colorful storefront, can appeal, as well as its logo, three flat hands in blue, red and yellow.
From the reception, we understand that the waitress, Annabelle, all smiles, who expresses herself through gestures, is deaf.
The first question is simple to understand:
"are you coming to dine at the restaurant or looking for a takeaway?".
When ordering, a dialogue is then established with the customers.
You can choose simplicity, show your choice of dish on the menu - couscous, brick or gazelle horn - or try to sign, as indicated on the menu of the Moroccan restaurant.
