Today, the Russian Emergencies Ministry announced that a major fire broke out at a factory in Barnaul, on an area of about 1,000 square meters.
Sputnik quoted the press office of the Ministry of Emergencies in the region as saying: More than 100 people, a fire train and 33 units of equipment are working to extinguish the fire, which broke out in a store of a company in the city of “Barnaul” on Kosmonavtov Street, noting that so far there are no injuries. .
The office added: Extinguishing the fire takes place in very difficult conditions of thick smoke and freezing temperatures, as the temperature dropped to less than minus 27 degrees Celsius.
Local media reported that the fire broke out at a factory producing tires.
