The Iranian Assistant Interior Minister for Security Affairs, Syed Majid Mir Ahmadi, confirmed that the noise and Western media attack, and the tense atmosphere regarding dealing with rioters will not affect the will of Iranian judicial officials to continue their work and hold criminals and saboteurs accountable.
Mir Ahmadi said in a statement today: “They want, through the media attack and targeting the judicial system, to force the Iranian authorities to back down so that a space is provided for the continuation of unrest, and that conditions are suitable for armed rioters and terrorist groups who killed 25 innocent people with firearms and knives to operate freely.”
Mir Ahmadi stressed that the judicial authorities will not be affected by any pressure, and will punish criminals for their actions.
