After the bus driver noticed the alarm on his instruments, he reacted correctly.

Schweinfurt - The bus burned out completely, but nothing happened to the occupants.

A moment of horror happened on the A70 near Schweinfurt on Saturday afternoon, December 10th.

As News5 reports, the bus driver of a coach noticed warning signals on his instruments and steered the vehicle at the Bergrheinfeld junction

from the highway.

Another fire alarm warned the driver in the departure area, whereupon he immediately brought the bus to a standstill.

There he made sure that all occupants left the vehicle quickly.

News5 also reports: The vehicle then caught fire and subsequently burned out completely.

None of the occupants were injured.

It is not yet known whether musical instruments were also damaged by the fire.

A rescue service vehicle was also damaged by several explosions on the coach.

Overall, the police officers assume damage of at least 500,000 euros.

The 18 musicians were able to continue their journey on the two other coaches.
