According to the 2021/22 annual report of the Police Welfare Fund, as of March 31 this year, the net asset value of the fund was 328 million yuan, a decrease of 5.07% from 345 million yuan in the same period of 2021, or about 17.5 million yuan.

Checking the fund's previous reports, during the period from 2018/19 to 2021/22, the income and expenditure accounts recorded a loss of 19.89 million yuan, a surplus of 73.95 million yuan, a surplus of 86.63 million yuan and a loss of 17.5 million yuan.

The total income of the fund in 2021/22 is 24.46 million yuan, a decrease of 82% from 136 million yuan in 2020/21, of which the donation amount is about 18.68 million yuan, a decrease of 85.6% from 130 million yuan in 2020/21, and the amount involved is about 110 million yuan. As for the total expenditure of the fund, it recorded 41.96 million yuan, which is similar to the 49.29 million yuan in 2020/21. The largest expenditure came from "employee relationship expenses" of about 14.3 million yuan. About 4.78 million yuan, due to handling social incidents and other actions, failed to return to the police station for meals on time, and the "refreshment expenses for police officers on special duties" incurred was about 3.15 million yuan, a decrease of 70% compared with 10.78 million yuan in 2020/21 to make.
