Rabbi Haim Druckman, one of the leaders of the religious Zionist nation Blue for Corona, and his family asked the public to pray for his healing.

The 90-year-old rabbi contracted the virus for the second time.

The first time was last February.



Druckman, born in 1932, serves as the head of the Or Etzion yeshiva, as the rabbi of the center Shapira settlement and as the president of the Hesder yeshiva union.

He is the chairman of the Bnei Akiva Yeshiva and Workshop Center and a member of the movement's national board. Druckman is an elder of the rabbis of religious Zionism, and previously served as a member of the Knesset and as the deputy minister of religion. In 2012, Druckman was awarded the Israel Prize for Lifetime Achievement. Last week, Druckman addressed the suspicions against Rabbi Tau that he



committed Indecent acts against women. On Network B, Druckman called the things "gossip", but said that "if it turns out to be true - he should be hanged".
