Prince William in mourning: his close friend, game warden Mark Jenkins, died in a plane crash in East Africa.

The heir to the throne said goodbye emotionally on Twitter.

London – It's not an easy time for Prince William (40): Amidst the anger surrounding the Netflix documentary by Prince Harry (38) and Meghan Markle (41), the heir to the throne now has to deal with a painful farewell.

A close friend, whom the heir to the throne knew from his student days, died under dramatic circumstances.

Prince William's pain is deep:

Prince William awards his own environmental prize:

At the beginning of December, Prince William proved that nature and species conservation are very important to him: in the US metropolis of Boston, the heir to the throne presented the Earthshot Climate Prize, which he had founded and created.

The winners in five categories included the Latin American Costa Rica, the northern Italian city of Milan and innovative companies that research and promote in the field.

The prize is endowed with one million pounds each.
