The Iranian Navy seized 2,700 kilograms of narcotics during an operation it carried out in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, southeast of the country.
The Iranian News Agency, IRNA, quoted the deputy governor of Sistan and Baluchistan, Javad Sepahi, as saying in a statement today that this operation was achieved after security and intelligence monitoring in the Sea of Oman in the south of the country by the naval forces, noting that the Chabahar region of Sistan and Baluchistan province constitutes the first front in the field of drug control inside the country. country.
