Berlin/Frankfurt - According to the climate activists of the "last generation", there were house searches at the movement on Tuesday.
As they write on Twitter, a total of eleven apartments are said to have been searched from 5 a.m. onwards.
Laptops, mobile phones and posters are said to have been confiscated.
The authorities accuse the climate group of "forming a criminal organization".
The "Last Generation" is an alliance of climate activists that, among other things, campaigns against the expansion of fossil energy infrastructure and for an agricultural turnaround.
The supporters also took to the streets for this, for example in Frankfurt, Berlin or Hamburg.
They blocked highways or disrupted traffic at airports.
The group was founded after a hunger strike lasting several weeks before the 2021 federal election. (cs/dpa)
