"Was angry with her": 39-year-old drugged and raped his girlfriend - recordings sent via cell phone

It is an unbelievable case of abuse: A 39-year-old confessed to having drugged and raped his girlfriend at the Munich I District Court.
He later shared the recordings with third parties via cell phone.
In court, he explained the background to his crime.
Munich – "I wanted to have control back and was angry with her." This is how a 39-year-old justified an incredible act yesterday at the district court: he drugged his partner, raped her and then sent some of the recordings with his cell phone.
The act that Nico S. now admitted had already occurred at the end of 2020.
In court, he described a personal crisis that had also spread to the relationship.
"She dominated me," said S. about his girlfriend, with whom there had been increasing problems.
"Unfortunately, we didn't manage to get closer again." And: "I was only able to communicate with her to a limited extent."
Feelings of powerlessness arose in him, the accused described.
Nico S. then developed a fetish from his perceived hopeless situation: he exchanged fantasies with other men on the Internet - and finally implemented them on his partner.

The chauffeur got drunk with her at first.
When Maria P. (name changed) fell asleep on the sofa, Nico S. gave her ketamine and zopiclone - both strong sedatives, which even made her faint at times and, according to the prosecutor, put her in a state of inertia.
In the following two hours he raped her several times, Nico S. admitted.
He let a camera roll.
He shared the recordings with other Internet users.
“I always went one step further.
It was very easy," said Nico S., who, according to the indictment, had previously tested the drug cocktail on himself.
However, he protested yesterday that he did not want to hurt his girlfriend.
In addition, Nico S. has already paid 12,000 euros in compensation to his partner.
He now faces a long prison sentence.
