A prosecutor's statement was submitted today (Tuesday) against a 37-year-old foreign worker from Uzbekistan, who is suspected of imprisoning an elderly woman she took care of in a warehouse in Tel Aviv.
The police finished questioning the nanny, against whom a complaint was filed earlier this month on suspicion of abuse and helpless assault.
The elderly woman, confined to a wheelchair, was found in a warehouse in a residential building with signs of violence on her body.
The nanny locked the elderly woman in the warehouse.

The caregiver was arrested for questioning, during which it became clear that she used to sit the elderly woman facing the wall in the warehouse, while she was doing cleaning work in an apartment in the same building.
It was also suspected that the suspect had beaten the elderly woman and caused her to bruise her face and body.
The suspect's detention was extended from time to time in court and today with the conclusion of the investigation, a prosecutor's statement was submitted on the intention to file an indictment against her as well as a request for her detention until the end of the proceedings.
