London woke up under a white coat on Monday, December 12, as the United Kingdom has been experiencing a particularly intense cold snap for several days.
Temperatures dropped to -10 degrees Celsius in some areas, and spells of snowfall and frost, especially in the north and south of the country.

The cold did not discourage swimmers.

The foxes waited for nightfall and for the streets to empty to enjoy too:
But the snow also severely disrupted roads and public transport.
Several airports had to be temporarily closed.
The meteorological agency (MET), however, specifies that these temperatures “
are not unusual at this time of the year
”.
