The stakes also go beyond mere programmatic questions: historically, the European elections have been quite successful for environmentalists.
In 2019, Yannick Jadot thus climbed to third position (13.48%), far ahead of the rest of the left (6.31% for Manon Aubry and LFI; 6.19% for Raphaël Glucksmann and the PS ).
Despite this refusal from their environmental partners, the Insoumis do not want to let go of the negotiations.
